Helpline

Menucha is proud to run a strictly confidential and anonymous helpline. Women, family members or friends can call us and speak to one of our fully trained operators who will listen to you and help you talk through your concerns, worries and troubles, they will then help signpost them to the correct pathway.

We might ask your name, because it’s a natural question to ask in a conversation, but you don’t have to tell us if you prefer not to. In the unlikely event that you see the Menucha volunteer that you spoke to later on the street, the Menucha volunteer will not acknowledge you, unless you do so first. This is to respect your privacy and the confidentiality of your call.

The helpline number is

123456789

We can be reached Monday through Thursday from 10 am through 1 pm and 8 pm through 10 pm.
