Motherhood and Changed Identity: A Torah path to Self-Compassion and Joy

About

This engaging and thought-provoking workshop invites women to explore the deep emotional and spiritual transformations of pregnancy, birth, and motherhood. Through Torah insights with Ruthi Halberstadt, we’ll uncover the sacred meaning of creating a family and reflect on life’s big questions—like whether to grow it further. Sue will guide us in understanding the powerful identity shifts that come with becoming a mother and confronting the hidden “skeletons in the nursery” that shape our emotional world. Finally, Channi will help us release guilt, embrace self-compassion, and find joy and strength in the beautiful, complex journey of motherhood.
