Your Changing Body: Embracing Change On Your Motherhood Journey

About

COMING DECEMBER 2026 Our bodies tell the story of motherhood - but too often, that story is marred by comparison, pressure, and unrealistic ideals. In this empowering workshop, we’ll explore how pregnancy, postnatal changes, and life transitions shape our relationship with our bodies. Together, we’ll look at how hormones, trauma, and societal messages influence self-image, and learn how to rewrite our internal narrative with compassion and acceptance. We’ll also touch on how body perception affects self-worth and intimacy, and conclude with a practical session on healthy nutrition and fitness- tools to help you feel strong, grounded, and beautiful in your own skin. Come ready to reconnect with your body, soothe the toxic voices that surround you, and rediscover the joy of feeling at home in yourself. Please Read Carefully: This course includes discussions and materials related to body image, self-perception, and physical well-being. If you have a history of, or are currently experiencing challenges or been formally diagnosed by a medical professional related to body dysmorphia, disordered eating, or severe negative body image, we urge you not to join this course. This course is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Your mental and physical health is our top priority.
