This insightful workshop series brings together Torah perspectives, medical expertise, and compassionate guidance to help couples navigate intimacy and connection during pregnancy and the postpartum period.
Join us for an open, respectful space to learn, reflect, and strengthen the bond that sustains your growing family. Featuring special guest Faigy Pollack and experts such as Rochelle Cowen, DR Sheryl Kaplan and Rebbetzin Zimmerman.

This course is intended for individuals who are currently in a safe, healthy, and supportive marital relationship. The material covered requires a foundation of safety, trust, and mutual respect in order to be processed constructively.
