Still Us: A Four Part Journey to Connections, Communication and Calm After Children


The transition into parenthood can transform every aspect of a marriage — emotionally, physically, and spiritually. This insightful workshop series brings together Torah perspectives, medical expertise, and compassionate guidance to help couples navigate intimacy and connection during pregnancy and the postpartum period. 


Join us for an open, respectful space to learn, reflect, and strengthen the bond that sustains your growing family. Featuring special guest Faigy Pollack and experts such as Rochelle Cowen, DR Sheryl Kaplan and Rebbetzin Zimmerman.

This course is intended for individuals who are currently in a safe, healthy, and supportive marital relationship. The material covered requires a foundation of safety, trust, and mutual respect in order to be processed constructively. This course is not suitable for individuals who are experiencing, or have recently experienced, domestic abuse, emotional coercion, or any form of relational harm. Individuals are responsible for managing their own emotions when attending this workshop. Therefore Menucha asks that you consider carefully whether you are in a position to able to manage your emotional state during workshops such as this that may touch on sensitive issues.
