About the event

Mindful Motherhood: Tools for Emotional Strength and Calm

This nurturing workshop invites mothers and mothers-to-be to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves during the pregnancy and postpartum journey. Through mindfulness and emotional awareness, Elisheva and Tsippy will guide participants in understanding their emotions and finding calm through somatic and body-scan meditations, including a soothing “Safe Place” practice to take home. Batsheva will explore how to build emotional regulation over time through reflection and journaling, while Talia Rose weaves grounding Jewish wisdom and nature-inspired practices to help participants feel centered, spiritually aligned, and empowered in their motherhood journey.
