Tracking & Referral

Our strictly confidential Information & Referral line runs Monday to Friday, allowing our trained call handlers to sensitively capture case details

Cases are rapidly reviewed by our clinical team who construct the best support plan for each individual.

Each case is allocated to a case manager who acts as an ongoing point of contact and who ensures that Menucha provides the physical support and care needed to support the whole family during recovery.

Menucha provides culturally appropriate in-house therapy via our team of carefully selected therapists who have trained and are specialising in Perinatal Mood Disorders (PMDs).

Menucha collaborates with external Perinatal Health Care Providers and where necessary can refer and signpost cases for additional help, all the while tracking and advocating.
