Menucha runs a strictly confidential helpline, after calling in, women answer some basic questions which helps us work out the best support for them.

If women choose to go through the Menucha route, they will be assessed and assigned to one of our specialised therapists in the therapeutic modality that best serves their symptoms.

Who We Service

Menucha works with Orthodox Jewish mothers in the London borough of Barnet presenting with mild to moderate Perinatal Mood Disorders (PMDs) from the beginning of pregnancy to 18 months post-partum.

Menucha supports these women by helping them access appropriate services, providing support and physical care to both them and their family.
